Her Vision
The strength of Andronica's writing is based in her core as an actress. Having earned her B.F.A. in acting, she understands character voice; power and status dynamics; dramatic and comedic timing and story structure. She writes as if she's the audience and, as an audience member, she hates the story being narrated to her and loves being given plot elements and clues to engage her.
As a self-taught filmmaker she has offered the audience specific worlds with sparse dialogue, symbolism and high stakes; Trusting the audience to engage and suspend their disbelief, she has been validated in their enthusiasm.
